I HAVE BEEN ADOPTED! WHEEEEE! This delightful dog is a jewel. Everyone says the same thing about Jasmine: "Very, very sweet!" She is only about three years old. At some time, this little girl had her right eye surgically removed by a veterinarian. Having only one eye, Jasmine's foster family reports that she occasionally runs into things, but she never lets it get her down. She weighs 27pounds and her little tail always seems to be wagging. Jasmine is friendly, outgoing, and curious and she loves playing 'fetch' with her foster mom with one special toy . She is fine with cats and is being introduced to new dogs in her foster home. We think Jasmine will be thrilled to have a new forever home, and she may do best around adults who will be aware of her visual challenges. Our dogs must be spayed or neutered as a part of their adoption. They receive age-appropriate shots and worming, flea/tick preventative, and any other medical treatments that they require. Dogs over the age of eight months are tested for heartworm and Lyme disease. Negative dogs receive heartworm preventative; positive dogs are medically treated prior to adoption.
